The festivities ramp up on Thursday evening with the final West Fargo Cruise Night from 16:30 to 20:00 on Sheyenne Street, between Main Avenue and Seventh Avenue. For those who prefer a more relaxed atmosphere, The Lights will host a Club Pilates session from 16:30 to 17:30. Friday night promises excitement as the Johnny Holm Band takes the stage from 20:00 to 23:00 at The Lights.

Saturday is packed with events starting at 09:00 with a co-ed softball tournament at South Elmwood Fields. The day also includes a craft and vendor show at 309 Fifth Ave. W. and the exhilarating Dyno Fest at 203 12th St. N.. Anticipation builds for the West Fest Parade, featuring entries from local schools and businesses, scheduled to kick off at 12:00 from Main Avenue heading south. Before winding down, families can participate in the Sandy’s Donuts Family Run from 14:00 to 17:00 at Herb Tintes Park, concluding with live music by the Mason Dixon Line from 19:00 to 22:00 at POW/MIA Plaza.

Entertainment Highlights This Weekend

In addition to West Fest, the community will enjoy various entertainment options throughout the week. On Thursday, the Night Bazaar hosted by Folkways will feature a “magic” theme, complete with whimsical characters and performances. The event will take place from 17:00 to 22:00 at Broadway Square in downtown Fargo and is free to the public. Attendees can look forward to live performances from local acts including Moon Cats, Loop in Color, and Ravencrow, while vendors offer a variety of goods and food.

Also on Thursday, comedian Jim Norton will bring his show “Now You Know” to the Sanctuary Events Center, starting at 18:30. Ticket prices range from $33 to $55, catering to a mature audience. Meanwhile, classic rock fans can enjoy a performance by the band Kansas at Bluestem Amphitheater, beginning at 19:00. The band, known for hits like “Carry on Wayward Son,” will be supported by the Eli Young Band, with tickets priced between $48.75 and $139.25.
