Embracing her independence, Ginny found joy in dancing and socializing, marking a transformative period in her life.

It was during this vibrant phase that she met Arthur C. Bishop, her second husband. Their marriage lasted 28 years until Arthur’s passing, and together they made their home in Yorktown, Virginia. Ginny’s life was enriched by the love and companionship they shared.
