Developing reports from the Rowan County Sheriff’s Office indicate multiple significant arrests spanning from January 15 to January 18. Notably, at 7:18 a.m. on January 15, law enforcement responded to a reported possession of a dangerous drug on West Liberty Street in Salisbury.
In a separate incident, at 2:50 p.m. on January 15, officers apprehended an individual for possession or concealment of a weapon on Weant Street, East Spencer. These incidents reflect an alarming trend of drug-related offenses in the area.
Authorities confirmed that Jason Tyler Gordon, aged 30, was charged with felony possession of a schedule II controlled substance on January 15. Just one day later, Devron Sean Davis, 33, faced charges for felony possession of a schedule VI controlled substance with intent to manufacture and felony possession of marijuana on January 16.
The situation escalated with another arrest on January 17 when Ray Allen Glen Spry, 42, was charged with felony possession of a schedule II controlled substance. The following day, on January 18, Craig Allen Garmon, 52, was arrested for felony possession of a stolen vehicle.

Reports of multiple thefts from vehicles have surfaced, particularly on Grandeur Drive, Salisbury, where several larcenies occurred between 5:16 a.m. and noon on January 18.
