UPDATE: Rock legend Stevie Nicks has just announced the rescheduling of her upcoming concert dates due to a serious injury. The iconic singer sustained a fractured shoulder, requiring significant recovery time, prompting her representatives to confirm the changes late Friday.

Nicks, 77, was set to tour across the U.S. and Canada this summer and fall, but fans will need to adjust their plans. “Due to a recent injury resulting in a fractured shoulder that will require recovery time, Stevie Nicks’ scheduled concerts in August and September will be rescheduled,” her team stated. They added that Nicks is eager to see her fans soon and apologizes for the inconvenience.

The affected concerts include several high-profile shows previously set for August, notably a joint performance with Billy Joel at MetLife Stadium on August 8, which was also canceled due to Joel’s own medical needs. Fans were eagerly anticipating this collaboration, making the news of Nicks’ injury especially disappointing.

The rescheduled concert dates will now occur later in the year, starting with a performance on October 1 at the Moda Center in Portland, Oregon. The new dates are as follows:

October 28 – Little Caesars Arena, Detroit
November 12 – Xcel Energy Center, St. Paul
November 15 – Scotiabank Arena, Toronto
November 19 – Barclays Center, Brooklyn
November 24 – TD Garden, Boston
November 30 – Heritage Bank Center, Cincinnati
December 3 – Colonial Life Arena, Columbia, S.C.
December 7 – Amalie Arena, Tampa
December 10 – Hard Rock Live, Hollywood, Fla.

Importantly, existing tickets will be honored for the new dates, ensuring fans will still have the opportunity to see Nicks perform live.

Concerts scheduled for October that are not affected by this change include:

October 4 – Golden 1 Center, Sacramento
October 7 – PHX Arena, Phoenix
October 11 – T-Mobile Arena, Las Vegas
October 15 – Paycom Center, Oklahoma City
October 18 – Boardwalk Hall, Atlantic City
October 21 – Spectrum Center, Charlotte
October 25 – PeoplesBank Arena, Hartford

Fans are encouraged to stay tuned for updates as Nicks recovers and prepares to hit the stage once again. As one of rock’s most beloved figures, Nicks’ return to touring is highly anticipated, and her resilience during this time is sure to inspire many.
