BREAKING: A 61-year-old Seminole man, Mark Prutsman, has been arrested and charged with two counts of lewd and lascivious exhibition following a shocking incident reported at Blossom Lake Park. The arrest occurred on January 5, 2026, after deputies responded to a call made by juvenile witnesses.
The troubling incident unfolded on December 24, 2025, at approximately 3:37 p.m. when two young boys, aged 12 and 9, spotted Prutsman sitting on a park bench watching pornography while inappropriately engaging with himself. Alarmed by the sight, the juveniles sought help from another adult at the park to call 911.
During the investigation, Prutsman confessed to watching what he termed “adult material,” but he denied any inappropriate physical contact with himself. Despite his claims, authorities took his admission seriously, leading to his immediate arrest. He has now been transported to the Pinellas County Jail.
