Salad and Go has unveiled a limited-time menu for 2026 that aims to support health-conscious consumers while remaining budget-friendly. The popular drive-thru chain, known for its fresh and nutritious meals, is responding to the surge in New Year’s resolutions, with many adults planning to start new diets this year.
Among the new offerings are the returning Good Greens Salad and Wrap, alongside the introduction of the Big AZ Burrito, which boasts over 50 grams of protein. This menu is designed to help guests achieve their wellness goals without overspending.
Menu Highlights: Flavor and Nutrition Combined
The Good Greens Salad and Wrap, presented by Avocados From Mexico, features a mix of avocado, marinated chickpeas, Brussels sprouts, cucumber, and croutons, all served on a bed of spinach and romaine. Customers can select either slow-roasted pulled chicken or tofu as their protein. Prices start at $7.75.
The Big AZ Burrito pays homage to Salad and Go’s roots in Arizona. This breakfast burrito is the largest yet, filled with a double portion of eggs, 4 ounces of shredded beef, and triple pepper jack cheese. It is priced from $5.99 and is crafted to fuel busy mornings.
Additional new items include the Orange Reviver, a refreshing juice blend made with carrot, apple, mint, and turmeric, and the Loaded Greek Hummus, which contains 10 grams of protein from creamy hummus, topped with marinated chickpeas and crumbled feta. Pricing for these items varies by market.
Responding to Consumer Trends
According to a recent survey by the International Food Information Council, protein continues to dominate diet trends in 2026, driven by consumer desires for satiety and overall wellness.
“January is when a lot of people commit to their health and wellness goals, and we wanted to create a menu that makes those goals easier to stick with,” said Chef Daniel Patino, co-founder and executive chef of Salad and Go.
Patino emphasized that the new offerings are tailored to meet current consumer demands, whether it be the high protein content in the Big AZ Burrito or the lighter option of Loaded Greek Hummus. The aim is to provide nutritious meals that are accessible without a hefty price tag.
All items are available at Salad and Go locations across the United States while supplies last. Customers can visit www.saladandgo.com to find their nearest location or to place mobile orders.
