A strategic agreement has been established between SAL Logistics Services and Saudi Post | SPL to enhance air mail handling and transportation across Saudi Arabia. The signing took place on October 13, 2025, during a ceremony attended by key figures, including H.E. Eng. Anef bin Ahmad Abanomai, President of Saudi Post, and Mr. Omar Hariri, CEO of SAL Logistics Services.
The agreement was formalized by Mr. Mohammed Nahhas, CEO of SAL’s Ground Handling Sector, and Mr. Khalid Ibrahim Al-Mohammed, Vice President of Processing and Outlets at SPL. Under the terms of this agreement, SAL will oversee comprehensive mail handling operations, ensuring that shipments are carefully managed from reception to delivery. This includes preparing specialized mail handling units and safeguarding shipments during their transit between warehouses, postal facilities, and aircraft.

This collaboration aims to improve the efficiency of express mail services while fostering greater integration between the postal and logistics sectors in the Kingdom. Mr. Khalid Al-Mohammed echoed this sentiment, highlighting that the agreement reflects SPL’s commitment to enhancing the national logistics and postal ecosystem. He noted that SPL’s extensive network across Saudi Arabia will uphold the highest standards of quality and security in mail processing, ultimately accelerating distribution operations.
