Ronald A. “Skip” Bogert, Jr., a respected member of the Kempton community, passed away on **January 16, 2026**, at **Lehigh Valley Hospital**. He was **61 years old** and is survived by his devoted wife, **Brenda S. (Mengel) Bogert**, with whom he shared 33 years of marriage.

Born on **February 10, 1964**, in **Allentown**, Skip was the son of Ronald A. Bogert, Sr. and the late Linda (Foster) Bogert. His commitment to his country was evident through his honorable service in the Army, where he demonstrated the values of dedication and teamwork that would characterize much of his life.

Skip was not only a veteran but also a successful entrepreneur and industrial electrician, contributing to various companies throughout his career. His hands-on approach to business showcased his industrious nature and his willingness to go above and beyond in every endeavor.

A Life of Passion and Interests

Outside of work, Skip had a profound love for the outdoors, particularly fishing, which brought him joy and relaxation. He was an enthusiastic football fan, with a particular allegiance to the **Las Vegas Raiders**, often seen cheering passionately for his team.

Skip leaves behind three sons: **Kyle Bogert**, who is married to **Jessica**, **Tyler Bogert**, and **Cody Bogert**. He also cherished his role as a grandfather to **Jordyn**, **Blake**, and **Eladie**. In addition, he is survived by his siblings, **Lori Tighe**, **Cheryl Wendt**, and **Joel Bogert**, along with numerous nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews.
