Precision Medicine Group has appointed Tracey Leahy as its new Chief People Officer (CPO), effective immediately. This announcement, made on September 16, 2025, marks a significant step for the company, which specializes in next-generation drug development and commercialization services. Leahy will oversee all aspects of the company’s Human Resources function, focusing on aligning workforce strategies with overall business objectives.
In her new role, Leahy will manage key areas including talent acquisition, employee management, and learning and development. Expertise and Vision
Leahy expressed her enthusiasm for joining Precision, highlighting the organization’s commitment to developing exceptional talent and enhancing the employee experience. With over 25 years in human resources and organizational development, Leahy brings extensive experience from various industries, including both private sectors and publicly funded healthcare organizations. Before joining Precision, she served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Vonage, part of the Ericsson group. During her tenure there, she transformed the People team structure to better align with organizational goals and implemented strong systems for talent management and workforce planning.
Prior to her role at Vonage, Leahy was with Rocket Software, where she successfully integrated teams from 15 acquisitions and developed a People strategy centered on employee experience. Her previous positions include Global Senior Director of Human Resources at PAREXEL International and Associate Director of HR and Organizational Development for the UK’s National Health Service. Leahy is recognized as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and is a member of both the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC).
