MSNBC is set to host its second annual live community event, titled MSNBCLIVE ’25: This is Who We Are, on October 11, 2025, in Manhattan. This event will bring together prominent MSNBC hosts and personalities for a day of live broadcasts, discussions, and audience engagement at the Hammerstein Ballroom. Following the success of last year’s inaugural event, which attracted 4,000 attendees in Brooklyn, this year’s gathering aims to expand the network’s community outreach and foster connection among its viewers.
The daylong event will feature a series of live panels, interviews, and discussions with notable hosts including Nicolle Wallace, Joe Scarborough, Mika Brzezinski, Rachel Maddow, Jen Psaki, and Lawrence O’Donnell. This year’s gathering is designed to build on the electric atmosphere created during the inaugural event, according to Luke Russert, Host and Creative Director of MSNBC Live. He stated, “If there’s one thing we learned last year, it’s that there’s an undeniable electricity and connection that fills the air when the MSNBC community comes together in one room.”
The event will be divided into four parts. The morning session will feature discussions led by Chris Hayes, Nicolle Wallace, Joe Scarborough, and Mika Brzezinski, along with contributions from Alicia Menendez, Symone Sanders Townsend, and Michael Steele. A limited-seating Capstone Lunch will offer an intimate environment for conversations on women’s empowerment with Wallace and Brzezinski, followed by a discussion between Jacob Soboroff and Katie Tur.
The evening session promises to engage audiences with prominent figures from the network. Rachel Maddow, Lawrence O’Donnell, Jen Psaki, Ari Melber, and Stephanie Ruhle will lead discussions that delve into pressing current events. This session will conclude with a dinner featuring special guests, further enhancing the community atmosphere.
Lauren Peikoff, Executive Producer of MSNBC Live, expressed excitement about the upcoming event, stating, “After an incredible first year, we are so excited to bring the very best of MSNBC back live and in person with our most loyal viewers.” She noted that this year’s event would include even more hosts and unique opportunities for audience engagement.
Last year’s inaugural gathering, titled MSNBC Live: Democracy 2024, focused on the political climate leading up to the 2024 presidential election. This year’s show comes at a time when MSNBC is undergoing a significant network shakeup, resulting in a mix of familiar and new faces among its presenters.
Tickets for MSNBCLIVE ’25 start at $100 and are available for purchase online. As the event approaches, anticipation is building for what promises to be an engaging and dynamic experience for MSNBC fans and the broader community.
