A Life Full of Love and Memories
Kathleen was a devout member of the former St. Stephen Roman Catholic Church in Port Carbon. Known for her vibrant spirit, she cherished time spent with family and friends. Her leisure activities included shopping, attending yard sales, and visiting casinos. Kathleen also had a passion for collecting jewelry and antiques, which brought her joy throughout her life.
She leaves behind a legacy of love and memories, especially for her family. Kathleen is survived by her husband of 59 years, Howard J. Hepner, as well as two sons: Michael Hepner and his companion Cindy Mummey from Schuylkill Haven, and David Hepner and his wife Tricia from Drexel Hill. Her family also includes several grandchildren: Devan Joy, Lynsey Deiter, and Michael Hepner Jr., along with great-grandchildren: Dylan, Eyan, and Asher.
Remembering a Cherished Matriarch
Kathleen’s passing is felt deeply by her family, which also includes her sister Wanda Svrchek and brother James Tray. She was preceded in death by a grandson, Brian Hepner, and several siblings: Joseph Tray, Rose Brown, Beth Ann Souchek, Martha Cash, Gladys Lisnock, and Janet Conville.
