InFocus Eyecare has announced its acquisition of Lincoln County Vision Center, marking a significant expansion of its operations in Tennessee. The transaction, revealed on September 29, 2025, involves the transition of care from Dr. Daniel DeJarnatt, O.D., who has served the Fayetteville community for many years, to Dr. Bill Womble, O.D., the leader of Lincoln County Vision Center. This acquisition aims to ensure that patients continue to receive high-quality eye care without interruption.
The retirement of Dr. DeJarnatt aligns with InFocus Eyecare’s commitment to maintaining continuity of service for its patients. Dr. Womble and his experienced team will integrate Dr. DeJarnatt’s practice into their operations, allowing for seamless access to eye care services.
Ryan Williams, Chief Executive Officer of InFocus Eyecare, expressed enthusiasm about the acquisition, stating, “We’re honored to partner with Dr. Womble and Lincoln County Vision Center and to continue the legacy of trusted care that Dr. DeJarnatt built over the years.” Williams emphasized that patients will continue to receive the same personal, attentive service they have come to expect, now enhanced by the resources and support of the larger InFocus network.
