BREAKING: A devastating home explosion rocked Chino Hills, California, on August 13, 2023, injuring eight people and leading to emergency evacuations. The explosion occurred at 3:44 p.m. in the 4200 block of Sierra Vista Drive, according to the Chino Valley Fire District.
