URGENT UPDATE: The highly anticipated Wild & Wacky Art Adventure is set to take place on August 2, 2025, from 9 a.m. to Noon at Nipper Park, near Hannibal’s Rotary Pavilion. This free art festival invites children aged 3 to 10 and their families to dive into a world of creativity and fun, celebrating its 25th Anniversary with an exciting “Under the Sea” theme.
Organized by the Hannibal Arts Council, this beloved community event promises a morning packed with artistic activities and family bonding. With over 300 children expected to attend, the festival is a cornerstone of local culture, aiming to enhance creativity while strengthening family ties.
