Dependable Equities has confirmed plans for the opening of the first Equinox Fitness Club in Fort Lauderdale, located within the Ombelle Fort Lauderdale development. This mixed-use project, situated at 300 NE 3rd Avenue in the Flagler Village neighborhood, will feature a 35,000-square-foot fitness facility that occupies the first two floors of the North Tower.

The Ombelle development is an ambitious project featuring two towers that will rise to 43 stories and house a total of 775 condominiums.
