Butch was a proud member of the Mohnton Fire Company, where he contributed to the community he cherished. In addition to his recreational interests, Butch loved autumn trips to World’s End State Park, where he found solace in nature. His life was enriched by his work at various institutions, including Sharpoint, Penske, and Boscov’s, where he dedicated his efforts to service and teamwork.

Butch is survived by his two children: April, who is married to Alan Henwood, and John Schweitzer. He was also a cherished grandfather to Alexandra, Allison Henwood, and Lincoln Schweitzer.
