David T. Leh, a cherished member of the Furlong, Pennsylvania community, passed away on August 22, 2025. He was 83 years old and had been looking forward to celebrating his 84th birthday on September 1. David is remembered fondly by his family and friends, especially his beloved wife, Nancy M. (Livengood) Leh, with whom he shared 37 years of marriage filled with love and cherished memories.

Born and raised in Pottstown, Pennsylvania, David was the son of the late R. Elwood (Woody) Leh and Mildred Thomas Leh. He was proud to be a graduate of both the University of Maryland and Ursinus College, where he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and a Master’s Degree in Mathematics. Over a distinguished 40-year career, David held management positions at several prominent computer networking firms, contributing significantly to the industry.

Passion for Adventure and Family

Earlier in his life, while residing in upstate New York, David developed a love for snowmobiling, not only enjoying the rides but also taking great pleasure in maintaining the machines himself. His adventurous spirit extended to the golf course, where he was an avid golfer and a member of multiple leagues. He was known for organizing memorable golf trips to locations such as New York, West Virginia, and Myrtle Beach.

David is survived by his brother, Dennis Leh, and his wife, Columbia, as well as his three sons and their spouses: David Leh and his wife Christine, Jeffrey Leh and his wife Betty, and Robert Leh and his wife Michelle. He also leaves behind ten grandchildren: Elizabeth, David, and Maggie Leh; Taylor Davies and her husband Zachary Davies; Joshua and Zachary Leh; and Michael, Ashlynn, and Gavin Leh along with his wife Angela Leh, and Tiana Leh. David was eagerly anticipating the birth of his first great-grandson, expected to join the family soon.

Memorial Services and Contributions

Family and friends are invited to pay their respects at a viewing scheduled for the evening of August 28, 2025, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Joseph A. Fluehr III Funeral Home, located at 241 East Butler Avenue in New Britain, PA. A tribute to David will take place the following day, August 29, beginning at 10:00 AM, also at the funeral home. Following the tribute, interment will occur at Highland Memorial Park, situated at 701 Farmington Avenue in Pottstown, PA.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in David’s name to the Bucks County SPCA, PO Box 277, Lahaska, PA 18931. This gesture honors a man who was deeply appreciated by all who knew him and who leaves behind a legacy of love and adventure.
