Representatives from the Community-Police Relations Foundation, Broadstreet Global, and other supporters arrive at the Second Annual Charity Golf Tournament at Trump National Golf Club Westchester.

On September 15, 2025, the Community-Police Relations Foundation (CPR Foundation) hosted its Second Annual Charity Golf Tournament at Trump National Golf Club Westchester in Briarcliff Manor, New York. This event brought together over 160 participants, including community leaders, law enforcement officials, business executives, and philanthropists, all united in their support for safer, more cohesive communities.

The CPR Foundation, in partnership with Broadstreet Global as the presenting sponsor, aimed to strengthen relationships between police and the communities they serve. The tournament featured an 18-hole event, complemented by exciting on-course activities, competitions, and interactive contests. Participants enjoyed a gourmet lunch and a cocktail reception, culminating in a dinner that included an awards ceremony and both live and silent auctions.

During the evening, three distinguished public servants were recognized for their exemplary commitment to community service. Mount Vernon Police Chief Marcel Olifiers and NYPD Chaplain Frank Chiaramonte received commemorative watches in honor of their dedication and leadership in bridging community divides. Additionally, Mount Vernon Mayor Shawyn Patterson-Howard was acknowledged for her unwavering support of law enforcement and community engagement.

In her remarks, Mayor Patterson-Howard highlighted the significant impact the CPR Foundation is making in her community. She emphasized the necessity of ongoing collaboration between civic leaders and community organizations to foster stronger ties.

“When officers and community leaders share the same fairway, it creates an impact that transcends a single event,” stated Glenn Hechler, Vice President of the Board for the CPR Foundation. He added, “This Tournament showcased the power of our Foundation’s work and its ability to bring people together in an exciting, yet meaningful way.”

Proceeds from the event will support various initiatives and programs led by the CPR Foundation, including law enforcement-led youth athletics, mentorship programs, back-to-school events, food distribution for families in need, and mental health support for officers. These efforts align with the Foundation’s mission to enhance connections between law enforcement and the communities they serve, fostering positive interactions that build unity, trust, and understanding.

“Events like this Tournament demonstrate the real impact the CPR Foundation creates by giving community members the opportunity to build genuine relationships for a common cause,” said Joseph Baldassarra, President of Broadstreet Global. He expressed pride in supporting an organization that understands how these connections lead to safer and more unified communities.

The success of this year’s tournament was made possible by the generous support of numerous sponsors who share the Foundation’s commitment to community impact. For a complete list of sponsors, interested parties can visit the CPR Foundation’s website.
