Carl’s Jr. has launched its new Queso Crunch Burger, featuring a partnership with social media influencer Alix Earle and a cameo from pop culture icon Paris Hilton. This innovative product is available at participating locations until September 2, 2025. The burger combines a charbroiled 100% all-beef patty with warm queso, pepper jack cheese, fresh Pico de Gallo, and crunchy seasoned tortilla strips, all served on a toasted bun.

The Queso Crunch Burger represents a modern twist on a classic favourite, appealing to customers seeking bold flavours. According to Paz Romero, vice president of brand marketing at Carl’s Jr., “Our guests seek out indulgent menu items, and Carl’s Jr. is known for our creative burgers and innovative flavors.” The introduction of this burger is part of the brand’s ongoing mission to deliver exciting and flavourful options to its customers.

Creative Campaign and Continued Partnership

To promote the Queso Crunch Burger, Carl’s Jr. is rolling out the “Kay So?” campaign, which features a commercial starring Earle alongside Hilton. Hilton is well-known for her previous collaborations with the brand in the early 2000s. This partnership with Earle began earlier this year with the launch of the Hangover Day Burger, which offered free burgers the day after the Super Bowl.

The collaboration has continued to evolve, with Earle also participating in exclusive events such as Club Carl’s, an after-hours party designed for social media content creation. Earle’s passion for unique and indulgent food items aligns seamlessly with Carl’s Jr.’s branding, enhancing the appeal of the new burger.

Additional Offerings and Promotions

In addition to the Queso Crunch Burger, Carl’s Jr. has introduced a selection of frozen beverages, including the new Frozen Strawberry Lemonade and Frozen Blue Sourberry. The latter combines lemonade with sour blue raspberry sugar crystals, providing a refreshing drink option that complements the new burger.

As part of its promotional initiatives, Carl’s Jr. is offering My Rewards members a complimentary side of queso with an app purchase from July 9 through September 2, and a free frozen beverage with an app purchase from July 9 through October 28.
