The partnership is set to introduce several key capabilities, including an omnichannel platform that unifies 3CLogic Voice with existing digital channels on ServiceNow. This will eliminate the inefficiencies caused by agents switching between systems, thus streamlining operations and improving response times.

Furthermore, the integration of Voice AI will enable the use of personalized voicebots, automating responses to common inquiries while intelligently escalating complex requests to live agents. Real-time transcription directly within the ServiceNow agent workspace will assist agents with next-best actions, expediting post-call tasks with generative AI summaries.

The partnership also aims to enhance performance through AI insights, utilizing speech analytics and coaching features to analyze and train service desk teams at scale without the need for manual call reviews.
