The open beta for Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 has been extended by an additional day, allowing players to continue experiencing the game’s multiplayer and Zombies modes for free. The new end date for the beta is now set for October 9, 2025, at 09:00 PT, as announced by Activision and Treyarch in their daily update.

This extension comes in response to player feedback, highlighting the enthusiastic reception of the beta thus far. Treyarch expressed gratitude for the community’s engagement, stating, “The reaction to the Beta so far has been awesome to see. Whether you’re calling in Nukes in Multiplayer or going for high rounds in Zombies Survival, there’s plenty to jump into, and we’ve had a ton of fun playing alongside everyone.”

New Map Enhances Gameplay Experience

Alongside the extended beta, a new multiplayer map named Toshin has been introduced. Set in a bustling downtown shopping district in Japan, the map offers a vibrant backdrop filled with advertisements. Players will navigate through park and market streets, utilizing the tight urban layout to enhance their combat strategies.

The addition of Toshin increases the total number of available multiplayer maps in the open beta to six, while the Zombies experience remains confined to the original map, Vandorn Farm. Treyarch continues to offer 2XP and 2X Weapon XP benefits throughout the beta, encouraging players to level up to 30 and explore various weapons, attachments, and gear.

Notably, the game will also be available on Game Pass Ultimate from day one, providing players with additional access options.

As the beta continues, players eagerly anticipate further updates and enhancements, aiming to maximize their experience before the official launch later this year.
